Site Preparation

Once permits are secured, we place your home order with the manufacturing facility. While your home is being constructed off-site, our on-site construction crew will prepare your site, install the foundation system, and prepare utility connections for your new home. Efficient off-site & on-site coordination saves time and makes your project stress-free.

Delivery & Set-Up

Your new home will be delivered to your site, placed on its foundation, and completed within just 8 to 10 weeks. Your dedicated BAM Homes Project Manager will oversee every step of the process and ensure that all aspects of your project are executed according to plan.

Final Touches

We manage the finishing details—both inside and out. From interior / exterior finishes to utility connections, our team ensures your home will be move-in ready within 8 to 10 weeks after delivery. BAM Homes will also provide ongoing support, to ensure that your new home continues to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
